Give each dispute a shared workspace for documents, questions and decisions, whether you run the business yourself or with a small team.
Let your assistant review authorised documents and prepare responses. You decide which resolution to propose to your customer.
Retain the agreed terms and their history after the dispute. Each signatory keeps a copy they can verify independently of RIGA.
Invoicing from Odoo? Every refused invoice opens a shared case with your customer, nothing re-keyed, and the credit note you issue in Odoo closes it.
A worked example
Fictional example: a business invoices €1,200 when its customer expects €1,080. The shared case helps them investigate the difference and consider a resolution.
01
The supplier adds the invoice and quote. The customer provides the purchase order showing the expected discount.
02
The team asks whether the discount was confirmed. The sales contact adds the confirmation email. The assistant helps organise the documents and questions.
03
The supplier proposes a €120 credit note. Both parties review the proposal and sign if they accept it.
04
The signatories receive the agreement and verifiable history. The bookkeeper has the information needed to issue the credit note in their accounting software.
RIGA changes neither the invoice nor the parties’ accounting. Resolution depends on their agreement and does not guarantee payment.
The invoice, supporting documents and responses sit in a workspace shared with the other business.
Each request has a recipient. Your team can assign the work and review the responses.
Assistants can review authorised documents, prepare answers and suggest next steps. People remain responsible for formal decisions.
Proposals and decisions are recorded. Each signatory can retain the closing record and verify its history.
The coordination agent organises exchanges. It does not rule on the disagreement and represents neither party.
The workspace list separates active cases, drafts and archived cases. Open the relevant case to find its documents, questions and tasks.
When you handle sales, delivery and admin yourself, each dispute still has its own workspace. The context stays together as the conversation progresses.

Gather the documents you have and identify who will work on the case and who can approve an agreement.
The other business accepts its invitation, adds its documents and answers questions through the people it appoints.
Documents, exchanges and decisions are recorded. Once exported, the history can be verified offline using a public tool.
The complete workflow, including both parties’ agreement and delivery of the closing record, was demonstrated in a development environment with test identities.
Verification covers the recorded history, not the truth of the documents. A copy held on its own cannot prove completeness.

RIGA provides a software agent that coordinates exchanges. You can arrange for your lawyer or a mediation professional to join the workspace and assist you. Their access is set when they are invited.
You can arrange for a lawyer or mediation professional to join the existing workspace. They can review the documents, exchanges and positions already recorded, within their granted access, to understand the outstanding disagreements and help you move forward. The context is already there, so you do not need to rebuild the case for them.
