Support for the preparation you currently do yourself.

Finding a pricing term, reviewing a conversation and drafting a reply all take time. You can assign this preparation to your assistant within the access you grant.

Fictional example: a customer requests a €120 discount. The owner asks their assistant to prepare a response using the quote and authorised exchanges.

01

Set the task and the assistant’s access.

Give your assistant a specific question. Its access is limited by your own rights and the permissions you grant.

RIGA changes neither the invoice nor the parties’ accounting. Resolution depends on their agreement and does not guarantee payment.

Three ways to use the same workspace.

Work in RIGA yourself.

Review documents, ask questions and prepare the proposed resolution directly in the workspace.

Connect your assistant.

Your assistant works with the documents and actions you authorise.

Integrate with your tools.

An integration can connect the workspace to your existing tools. Access and actions need to be configured.

Each business keeps its own assistants and access.

Your customer can work with their own assistant. Each acts within the permissions granted by the person who authorised it. The coordination agent organises exchanges; it does not decide the dispute or represent either party.

Your questions

Can the assistant sign or accept an agreement?

No. It cannot sign, consent, ratify or retract a commitment. Those decisions remain with the people responsible.

Can it see every document from both businesses?

It can only review documents its permissions allow. It cannot exceed the rights of the person who authorised it.

Is everything automated when a case opens?

The assistant’s tasks and access need to be defined. These examples show assisted work, not autonomous dispute resolution.
